Bring your family and friends and be part of a life-changing project where you'll work hand-in-hand with Nicaraguan community members and El Porvenir staff on a school handwashing station, a fuel-efficient stove, or another much needed project. When the project work is complete, the trip also includes time to explore other parts of Nicaragua such as a boat ride through the volcanic islands of Granada, shopping at the famous Masaya Artisan Market, hiking the Mombacho volcano, discovering wildlife in a cloud forest, or swimming at the Apoyo Lagoon. Not only will you learn a lot, but you'll have fun–and all while making a real impact! We can’t wait to see you at the Managua airport!

Plant Trees & Reduce the Impact of Climate Change in Nicaragua:

Groups spend time enjoying Nicaragua’s beautiful countryside and its people while they mitigate the impact of climate change by planting trees in deforested watersheds. This group will work alongside rural community members to create a tree nursery from which they will reforest their micro-watershed.
Handwashing Station and Hygiene Education Service Trips:

These groups work with a community to build a handwashing station at a rural primary school. A variety of activities with the hygiene education program will also be an option for participants. Let's work together to set dates for your group!
